Cleaning Tips

Never scrub an area with soiling. Always use a blotting motion (pushing down on a clean white cloth) working from the outside of the soiled area to the center.  Always try to remove any excess soiling before using these procedures.

A – Dry cleaning chemical (non flammable spot remover available at hardware store)
B – Nail polish remover (amyl acetate)
C – Detergent solution (mix 1 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon of mild detergent Tide, Fab, ect.)
*NO BLEECH* / * NO LANOLIN*
D – Warm Water
E – Vinegar solution (1 cup white vinegar to 2 cups water)
F – Ammonia solution (2 tablspoons ammonia to 1 cup water)
G – Spot removal cup (available from carpet retailers or professional carpet cleaners)
